DESCRIPTION:This is a block of 5 sessions running from Tuesday 21st April 2026. \n\n\n\nInterested in the natural world and caring for the environment. Want to gain practical skills and deepen your knowledge? \n\n\n\nOur hands on sessions give young people the opportunity to grow\, harvest and cook seasonal vegetables\, support wildlife and care for our planet. \n\n\n\nThe Field School at Communigrow is a relaxed outdoor setting where young people can be themselves. \n\n\n\nExperienced tutors and absorbing activities mean that everyone\, including those with anxiety or sensory needs\, feels comfortable. \n\n\n\nWhilst acquiring valuable practical skills\, learners grow in confidence and experience the mental health benefits that come with spending time in nature. \n\n\n\nRegistration at 1.05pm\, session runs 1.15pm – 2.30pm \n\n\n\nGood to know: \n\n\n\n\nThese sessions are for young people (ages 11-16). Please book a ticket per participant. The programme covers 5 lessons (£37 per child)\n\n\n\nBooking is essential.\n\n\n\nCompost toilet and hand washing facilities available on site\n\n\n\nFree parking is available.\n\n\n\n\nIf you have any questions please email us: education@communigrow.org.uk \n\n\n\n*Please note tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable to another event. If you are unable to attend\, you are welcome to transfer your ticket to someone else (please let us know the name and email address of the attendee)\, otherwise your ticket fee will be considered a donation to Communigrow.
