DESCRIPTION:Book by 17th August to receive the £9 Early Bird Discount \n\n\n\nNew\, two hour Home Ed sessions at Communigrow! Join us for 6 exciting weeks of seasonal exploration\, where children learn through practical activities\, scientific investigations\, creative projects and gardening in our beautiful community garden in East Malling\, Kent. \n\n\n\nDuring your 2 hour sessions you will  \n\n\n\n– Learn about seasonal changes in autumn.– Develop practical gardening skills.– Explore science through observation and investigation.– Cook using seasonal produce.– Build confidence working outdoors.– Create nature-inspired artwork.– Understand the importance of trees\, wildlife and composting. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nThe Field School at Communigrow is a relaxed outdoor setting where young people can be themselves. \n\n\n\nExperienced tutors and absorbing activities mean that everyone\, including those with anxiety or sensory needs\, feels comfortable. \n\n\n\nWhilst acquiring valuable practical skills\, learners grow in confidence and experience the mental health benefits that come with spending time in nature. \n\n\n\nRegistration at 9.50am\, session runs 10am – 12pm \n\n\n\nGood to know: \n\n\n\n\nThese sessions are for children (ages 4-10). Please book a ticket per participant. \n\n\n\nThis ticket is for a block of 6 consecutive sessions staring on Tuesday 8th September.\n\n\n\nBooking is essential.\n\n\n\nCompost toilet and hand washing facilities available on site\n\n\n\nFree parking is available.\n\n\n\n\nIf you have any questions please email us: education@communigrow.org.uk \n\n\n\n*Please note tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable to another event. If you are unable to attend\, you are welcome to transfer your ticket to someone else (please let us know the name and email address of the attendee)\, otherwise your ticket fee will be considered a donation to Communigrow.
