Description

An introductory session to the Japanese art of tataki-zome or flower hammering with eco florist and British flower farmer, Donna Sellick of Busybblooms.

Take inspiration from the beautiful flowers and plants around you in our relaxing charity garden in East Malling.

You will learn how to transfer the colours from leaves and flowers to create patterns on fabric or paper. You will be invited to gather your own botanical ingredients from our beautiful garden to create an individual design on a take home mini tote bag.

We will touch on natural dye materials and can try your hand at producing some beautiful ribbons to take home too.

Includes tea and coffee.

This session is for adults or teens aged 14 and over.
