Plant Grow Learn for children in home education – 11/11
November 11 @ 11:15 am – 12:30 pm
These hands-on sessions at our sustainable food education charity in East Malling, Kent, give children the opportunity to grow, harvest and cook seasonal vegetables, support wildlife and care for our planet, with tutors who have achieved Carbon Literacy certification.
This ticket is for a one off session on Tuesday 11th November – Helpful Hedges. Explore the hedges at Communigrow, identify species, find out who lives here, and how we can support them over winter.

Designed to inspire young people to get outside and active with focused activities to engage and inspire them to learn more about the natural world.
The Field School at Communigrow is a relaxed outdoor setting where young people can be themselves.
Experienced tutors and absorbing activities mean that everyone, including those with anxiety or sensory needs, feels comfortable.
Whilst acquiring valuable practical skills, learners grow in confidence and experience the mental health benefits that come with spending time in nature.
Registration at 11.05 am, session runs 11.15am – 12.30pm
