Plant, Grow, Learn – Home Ed ages 4-8

This is a block of 5 sessions running from Tuesday 21st April 2026.
Interested in the natural world and caring for the environment. Want to gain practical skills and deepen your knowledge?
Our hands on sessions give children the opportunity to grow, harvest and cook seasonal vegetables, support wildlife and care for our planet.
The Field School at Communigrow is a relaxed outdoor setting where young people can be themselves.
Experienced tutors and absorbing activities mean that everyone, including those with anxiety or sensory needs, feels comfortable.
Whilst acquiring valuable practical skills, learners grow in confidence and experience the mental health benefits that come with spending time in nature.
Registration at 10.50 am, session runs 11am – 12.15pm
Good to know:
- These sessions are for children (ages 4-8). Please book a ticket per participant. The programme covers 5 lessons (£37 per child)
- Booking is essential.
- Compost toilet and hand washing facilities available on site
- Free parking is available.
