Carbon Literacy for Businesses and Organisations

September 18 @ 9:00 am September 20 @ 5:30 pm

A full day of Carbon Literacy Training at our sustainable food education charity and community garden. Spend the morning exploring our low carbon site in East Malling, then enjoy lunch and your afternoon session in the neighbouring Mumford Conference Centre at NIAB. This is an ‘open’ session welcoming learners from multiple organisations.

This is a fully accredited course with the The Carbon Literacy Project. On completion participants will be certified as Carbon Literate – the first step in becoming a Carbon Literate Organisation.

Learn about man-made climate change and how the world is responding, explore Communigrow’s own sustainability journey, discuss practical change you can apply in your own workplace, and discover how sustainability practice can make a tangible difference to your work environment and bottom line.

This one-day immersive course will equip your team to identify and implement sustainability measures that reduce your carbon footprint, cut costs, boost reputation, and improve staff wellbeing.

Alternatively, if you would like to book an exclusive session for your team focused on your specific needs, email carbonliteracy@communigrow.org.uk

*Please note tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable to another event. If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to transfer your ticket to someone else (please let us know the name and email address of the attendee), otherwise your ticket fee will be considered a donation to Communigrow.
